This fragrance evokes the memory of a sensual encounter at the seaside. This is not a fresh-ozone, innocent perfume but a passionate and wild concoction of overheated skin, coconut scented sunscreen, the salt of the sea and the sand. It suggests a passionate rendezvous in the dunes.
It sounds like an adult sexy dream, but actually this fragrance has a slightly different genesis.
During her childhood and teenage years, Francesca spent a lot of time by the sea. One of the strongest memories of that time is the smell of her skin, which she often sniffed like a junkie. Years went by and with university, work, boyfriends, moving to Amsterdam, etc... the memory faded and she forgot the smell of sweaty, salty skin.
Accidentally applying a face cream containing immortelle suddenly brought back that strong childhood memory.
She smelled the essential oil of Helicrysium again, which stood neglected on her shelf. This time with a new nose. She developed a special amber accord, a "human" accord. A civet tincture enhanced this intimate atmosphere, while a special ambergris molecule added the mineral-salty touch.
This was the starting point: sunburnt, sweaty, salty skin. One of the most comfortable, and probably strangest memories of Francesca.
As she worked on this core idea, inevitably other dirty-minded fantasies popped up, and she added to this strange but innocent idea a more sultry, sinful, decadent atmosphere. The smell of tropical, creamy, sticky skin after sexual intercourse.
