Oxymore (oxymoron): a stylistic figure that unites two concepts that at first glance do not seem to go together. A well-known example is 'There was a deafening silence'. This sounds bizarre: deafening is associated with noise. However, if you combine these two words, you make it extra clear that the silence is enormous and significant. Someone should say something, but no one dares or knows what to say.

That is the concept of the young and sublime perfume house Oxymore. By combining opposing concepts and notes, original, intriguing perfumes are created.

Carine Lebrun composes her perfumes in Paris and then has them produced in Grasse, the birthplace of perfumery. Small-scale, luxurious, exclusive and unisex.
