The brand was founded in 2012 by Stefanie Mayr, fashion designer, squatter, punk, artist and Daniel Plettenberg, philosopher, brand creator and drag queen.
Atelier PMP was voted „Most Creative Company in Germany 2014/2015 (Kultur-& Kreativpiloten)“. Their perfume Anti Anti was elected as one of the top 10 independent perfumes in the world 2017.
